my papa's burial

my name is ilia, many of you may know me as mermaid pixi. my love for nature and earth was fostered by my father. from an early age i helped him plant roses, landscape, create koi ponds, and garden at his home garden. i will always remember and teach these lessons to any person who wishes to learn.

last Sunday, on the last day of mermaid healing retreats, my father had an accident and his heart suddenly stopped. his soul left this earth before his body was found. i need help. i'm the last of this generation, the only grandchild. i don't have anything (except VA benefits which will not be released for months and may be less than $2000).

my father must be taken from the hospital morgue by [tomorrow, Sunday, father's day], but i have absolutely nothing right now to even pay for his gravesite.

i cannot see him cremated -- I have seen many of the crematoriums in Germany as well as Poland and I cannot stand to have my father go through this process. On my mother's side, we have Ashkenazi Jewish descent. As such I wish to keep my father's body intact if possible.

please share if you cannot donate. i just wish to show my love for my father and celebrate his life on Father's day this sunday. my goal is to just have enough to bury my father and honor him.

edit//update: the State and county and parish are helping to cover his gravesite & burial in part. I only need enough for a casket (1,200), transportation (675+350), and his grave marker. i am positively overwhelmed with the support of my family and friends -- it is so hard to ask for help. i am so thankful for each of you helping me through this very sudden loss
