Hi all, welcome to my public plea for help .

As some of you might have heard already I was surprisingly gifted an Anonymous kidney that will be transplanted in approximately 2 weeks. As it sounds, it hasn't left me with alot of time to get my medical expenses in order and I currently do not qualify for Medicare to circumvent the need for funds. As it stands I'll be left to my own devices to pay the out of pocket expenses incurred and as I understand it, I'll have to figure out other means by which I can afford the things I need. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
