Dear Friends,
For 12 years The King's Men have been offering authentically masculine faith and virtue formation and accountability to men through our small men's groups model. Hundreds upon hundreds of men and their families have benefitted from this offering. However, there have been countless number of men who have desired to participate in one of our groups, but sadly no group existed in their area. They were left with two options: either start up their own initiative or travel a great distance to participate in one of our groups.
TKM has discerned that our ministry needs to provide content that will better enable men to access the necessary formation and accountability they are seeking while they are alone. In that spirit, we are embarking to raise funds for an 8 part video series with accompanying curricula to address this great need. We will be creating content that will be accessible to men both online and off.
The 8 Parts Series themes will cover the following:
1. Beginning Steps towards Formation/Accountability
2. Good Books & Good Discussions
3. Becoming a Mentor & Being a Mentee
4. Accountability to God & Others
5. Spiritual Direction & Its Value
6. Personal Prayer Life
7. Formation of the Will in Practice
8. Forming your own Band of Brothers
While this program is designed for those who are independently seeking formation and accountability, the video series will also be of tremendous service content wise to our existing network and groups around the country.
All of the funds raised will be going 100% directly to the production of this content. We will begin production immediately after the the New Year. Our target deadline for the rollout of this video series is the month of March 2017.
The King's Men staff and I will be working directly with Joyful Films Production Company. With your help, I know we can bring this project to completion and help hundreds upon hundreds of more men.
