Fight for Cheryl
Donation protected
Hello, my name is John Wiltrout and I am raising funds for my close friend Cheryl (Flock) Horvath.
Three months ago Cheryl was diagnosed with breast cancer. She underwent surgery only to find that the cancer was larger than what the surgeon had expected. She is now scheduled for a second more radical surgery and will reach her “out of pocket” expenses for both 2020 and 2021.
The need for the a mastectomy with reconstruction will be followed by at least six weeks of radiation five days a week with the possibility of chemotherapy. We will know more after surgery, but she certainly has a struggle to face and a very long road ahead of her. The medical expenses for all of this, will be exorbitant.
Cheryl is a very loving and devoted mom and grandma. Her grandkids mean everything to her and she means the world to them.
Cheryl has been an employee of Martin’s Supermarket for over thirty years and a front line worker at Martin’s Supermarket Deli in Erskine plaza. She has worked throughout the Covid crisis only taking a couple weeks off after surgery. Cheryl always has a smile and is willing to go out of her way to help take care of family, friends, colleagues and customers. I would like to help her with her medical expenses to relieve her financial burden. Please help me in contributing anything you can. Any donation, big or small would be helpful.
Thank you,
John
