Hi! My name is Alex Burns. I am currently a senior film major at Ithaca College. This spring, I am working on my senior thesis short film titled "Ain't Shit Funny."

The film follows the story of a fictional character, Calvin Barr. After being dropped from his label, kicked out of his band, and now living in his hometown with his ex-girlfriend, former front-man Calvin Barr tries to recover what’s left of his celebrity status and his identity as he navigates the surreal and often bizarre nature of his hometown.

Myself, along with my amazing producer and fellow Ithaca College senior, Ariana Gonzalez, are putting in a strenuous amount of time, energy (as well as some blood, sweat, and tears) to make this short film a reality. But we need your help!
