Support Chris's Medical Journey and Family

Hi, my name is Nikki! I am starting this page for my son and his family! He started a scary medical journey at the end of January and things were looking up until May 22nd.

At the end of January, Chris, my son, passed out and hit his head on his wife's vanity. They couldn't get him to come to right away and had to call an ambulance to transport him to the hospital. He had similar incidents like this a few years ago, and the doctors said it was stress and anxiety. Well, since he hit his head, they did further testing. During this testing, they found a non-cancerous cyst on his pituitary gland. At this time, they came to the conclusion he was having drop seizures, which led to a long 3 months of no driving or working. During this time, he has been waiting to see a neurologist, with no luck. They are all booked out and never reached out to make an appointment. Chris was finally released back to work on May 5th, and things were looking up for him and his family.

May 22nd came around, and the seizures started again. He had an appointment with his primary care physician, and he wanted to send him via ambulance to either St. Cloud Hospital or Fargo Hospital to try to expedite getting him in to see a neurologist. Unfortunately, there are no beds available for him, so he was sent home with a higher dose of meds and told he cannot drive or work for 3 months yet again. We are now doing the waiting game on trying to figure out when he will get in to see a specialist.

He still has monthly bills to pay and a family to support. Chris and his wife Rylee have been taking care of her grandma and brother as well during this time. His daughter is autistic and has a lot of appointments to go to, which limits Rylee on how many hours she can work, especially now with Chris not being able to drive.

They need as much help as possible to get through the next 3 months. If you cannot help financially, an extra prayer for answers is very much appreciated at this time. Everything at this time helps!
