ONCE OUR 5K GOAL IS REACHED ALL OTHER DONATIONS WILL GO TO CHARITY: OTHER PET OWNERS WHO NEED HELP ANDFOSTER PETS. We need to pay for Alvin's Emergency Animal Hospital Visit. MRI, CT and Spinal Tap. Alvin's Timeline: Sunday (5/2) @2p we noticed a slight wobble in Alvin's back legs, @4p we took him to Pensacola Animal Emergency. While waiting to see the vet in the parking lot (due to Corvid 19) we discussed that it could have been something he had eaten during the day and left PAE, returning home. Seven to eight hours later we noticed he wasn't getting better, in fact he had gotten worse so we decided to return to PAE, Alvin was admitted @12a. We left our baby @2a for the first time ever in his life and went home. Unsure off what was wrong and what was to come. At 5a we called like we were told to do. They had run tests and given him fluid through an IV. All his blood work tests were coming out good, we were told it could be anything from eating something bad, hurting his hips, to Neurological. We picked him up and headed to his vet, at this point he had what we call "spaghetti legs", they weren't functioning at all. Alvin was dropped off at his vet @7a to be evaluated further and get XRays. When the vet called @4p to say that we could pick-up Alvin we were told his X-rays and continued blood work came out good, but he had slightly worsened and become less responsive, Meningitis was mentioned for the 1st time. However that all changed when we got there. He perked up, we got kisses and he wanted to see all the cars on his drive back to PAE, upon our return Alvin was readmitted @5p for MRI, CT and Spinal Tap. At 5a we called, for the 1st time we were given good news Alvin was standing and sitting a little bit better. We are going forward with his test and Praying he passes these as good as he passed his others. Alvin is not out of the woods yet, but as your courage builds the deeper you go into the woods, so shall we. Thank You to EveryBuddy for your Support and Prayers. ❤
