My nephew, Thomas Jalen Fremd (Tj) was born on June 13th with a Congential heart defect. The little fighter had open heart surgery at only 4 days old. He is currently being cared for by the doctors and nurses at Standford University children's hospital.
Tj has a long recovery ahead of him and will need special care in the next couple of months. My sister Crystal works as a First Grade teacher and her husband Eric is an assistant Track and field coach. I'm asking that you give what you can in order to give this little family more time to bond, grow and heal together before they have to return to their respective professions. Thank you so much!
