Hey! My name is Crystal! I am a mom of 4, I have a wonderful man in my life,Jeff, who has my back and has been so supportive ! My kids have been amazing as well! They are 21, 16, 13, and 10!!!

So, here is the bad news….

I was diagnosed with DCIS Breast cancer about a month ago. I am having a double mastectomy with immediate reconstructive surgery in April. I will be off work, on short term disability, for up to 8 weeks. I will only receive 60% of my normal pay during that time. I am asking for help to make it a little easier for me and my family during the time I am off. Bills, food, gas for transportation between Hermitage PA and Pittsburgh PA
