Give Debbie Some Breathing Room

Thank you for taking the time to read our plea - Debbie needs your love, prayers, support and some financial assistance. Debbie was admitted to the hospital on the 11th of November after being diagnosed with COVID-19. We were all hopeful she would get the assistance she needed and be home within a week. However as COVID has proven for many, this is not what happened.
Debbie is currently in the ICU battling for her life. She continues to amaze us with her resilience and we are hopeful that she is slowly inching her way back to us. She was placed on a ventilator on the 19th of November and due to further complications started on dialysis on the 21st. We know this fight might be long and slow but we are hopeful, nay, certain, that Debbie will return home to us.
Debbie is a beloved identical twin, her twin Sandy and her have never gone one day in their entire lives without communicating with one another. They live four blocks apart and spend every day in each other’s company. Sandy lost her husband 6 years ago to cancer and found respite and healing in her sisters company; So this proves to be exceptionally challenging beyond words for them both. Debbie is also a beloved wife (her husband Larry feels lost without her home), sister (of 5), mom (of 6 ), aunt (of many), grandmother/binka (of many) - who love her doting and loving attention beyond measure. She has a lot of life ahead of her as well as medical bills. We’re looking for a bit of financial respite so when Debbie returns home she and her family can focus all of her energy on healing.
We’re deeply appreciative of any amount you can contribute as we know these are challenging times for us all. We will most certainly all pay it forward in any way we are able when we are able.
Her Loving Family.
