The Power of Peace Project, Inc. was formed in 2010 to: "Interrupt and redirect young people who are on a perilous course, and set them firmly on the pathway to extraordinary dreams". Each week participants tackle one of the "Dream Killers" that can shipwreck a young dream and even threaten a young dreamer's life. Here are the Seven Dream Killers:

1. Irresponsible Social Media
2. Promoting a Bullying Spirit
3. Disrespect of Authorities
4. Objectifying Classmates
5. Unhealthy Relationships
6. Drug & Alcohol Abuse
7. Lowering Scholastic Standards

We confront the threats that are a parent's biggest fear: risky behavior, overdose, self-harm, incarceration, and accidental death. We teach student leaders how to dream big dreams; construct a plan to achieve them; how to protect those dreams at all cost; and how to use their influence for PEACE, becoming "Dream Protectors" in their classrooms, hallways, and communities. POPP raises up much needed positive role models.

POPP shifts school culture to kindness, compassion, and acceptance. We change "What Cool Looks Like!"

Join us in the fight to raise up a new generation of young people who will be the leaders of tomorrow!

POPP was able to connect and engage my developing leaders in a way that made them think about important issues and ideas that are much bigger than themselves. Milton football will always be grateful for your dedication and devotion to our team and helping our young men to become better teammates."

Adam Clack--  Head Football Coach,  Milton High School-- 2018 7A State Champions

"The Power of Peace Project is needed in every high school! POPP does an amazing job relating to today's youth in a relevant and charismatic way. POPP is not a club or a program, IT'S A MOVEMENT. Don't miss out!"
