Tizzy a rescued Chihuahua

Tizzy is a rescued mixed female Chihuahua  who Is need of knee surgery.   Tizzy is approximately 2 and weighs about 9 pounds. Her foster mom is working with Tizzy to reestablish trust and impress upon her  that she will get the help she needs . Tizzy is also working on some basic skills along with house manners . Tizzy's foster mom took her to the vet and he said her back leg patella (knee cap) is to the side and not on the front of her leg. It causes her a lot pain and the vet believed she will more pain later with arthritis as she ages.... and she could live to 18. Her medical condition can be fixed with surgery but of course it will be expensive but she's worth every bit of it.
