If you don’t know me, my name is Dale Melanson and I have been a friend of Eddie’s since grade 10.

All of us love Eduardo Lirio Celones aka Tito Eddie aka Bushman and the way his happiness, kindness, generosity, positivity and smile has touched each of our lives. His family has given their blessing for this fundraising effort on his behalf.

Ed recently suffered a stroke in the Philippines and will require transportation to a larger medical facility there and some ongoing care and daily medications.

His vitals are all good

Response score: Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) for neurological status = 10 out of 15.

He responds when called but he cannot talk.

He definitely has a blockage on the left side of his brain that is affecting movement and speech.
