On September 5th at 3:45 pm on 164th in Lynnwood, Amanda and her two young children — ages 10 and 4 — were caught in the middle of a high-speed police chase in Lynnwood. In an instant, their car was struck by a stolen vehicle and completely destroyed. It is truly a miracle they survived.
While the kids walked away with only minor bruises and Amanda sustained some injuries, the emotional and financial toll has been overwhelming. Their car — less than a month old — was totaled. Because her insurance didn’t include uninsured motorist or rental coverage, Amanda now faces the impossible task of caring for her children, getting them to school, and keeping her new job without reliable transportation.
Amanda is a devoted single mom who has been working hard to rebuild her life after a tough year. This accident has set her back in ways no one could prepare for. She urgently needs help covering the costs of a rental vehicle, replacing her car, and keeping her family stable during this difficult time.
Every donation — big or small — will make a difference. Your support will help Amanda and her children get back on their feet, regain stability, and move forward from this traumatic event.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, support, and generosity.

UPDATE:
Thank you for everyone’s gracious donations. Mandy has made progress.
Uber has gotten her family to and from doctors appointments. She is able to obtain another car loan making a down payment for $1,350.
Her goals moving forward are:
* accept a new job offer
* keep Emmett in preschool
* Pay off the preexisting loan difference
