Titan TPLO Surgery

As some of you may all ready know two months ago my handsome boy Titan was diagnosed with a full rupture of his crucial ligament in his knee also known as an ACL injury. He has had the operation but since then we have experienced complications. He now has a staph infection which hasn’t gone away with antibiotics. A second operation is required to resolve this issue.

Costs Paid:

Initial emergency consult & medication: $500

TPLO surgery & X-rays: $3900

Ongoing medication & follow up appointments: $1645

6 week post op x-ray & anestesia: $655

Total So Far: $6700

 

Upcoming Costs:
Second operation: $1100

Physio: Looking at $100 per session
Medicine & follow up appointments

It's taken me two months to build up the confidence to do this. I don't expect to get back the full cost involved but any little bit will help towards Titan's happy and healthy future. From this experience I have learnt to get pet insurance but in this moment right now by starting the go fund me this will give him the best care he needs and will bring us closer to Titan walking on all 4 feet again.
