Titan the Destroyer

Donation protected
Hello fellow animal lovers, my name is Christopher Davis, and this is the start of a whole new chapter in the life of a beautiful furry bandit named Titan, who has gained worldwide popularity in the past weeks/days as video clips and news has spread of his daring antics at the hands of Colbert County Animal Shelter…
Who would think such a cute and fluffy little animal could cause so much havoc/chaos. But alas he did, and gained popularity. And I saw him and INSTANTLY fell in love with the doggy in the window and just had to adopt him and try and give him a great new lease on life, or if not great then atleast better. Sadly though, after making it to the shelter, and making it back home with a new furry friend in tow. Fast forward, less rambling I know, Thursday, he made a trip to my personal veterinarian (East Point Animal Hospital in Cullman Alabama) he goes in for the simple snippety snip n’ clip. I had noticed the day before that his breathing was shallow at rest and he was throwing up, after calling the shelter and asking about any health concerns that they may have noticed, I was told not to worry it was just new owner anxiety.(the shelter staff have been so nice/awesome btw) So I took him to the vet and asked them to check him for heartworms just for safety sake, not knowing his history and having my older husky baby previously having them and him breathing strangely still. Fast forward hours later, while he is under from the snip n’ clip he is tested and the test comes back positive. And well, the vet gave him his first dose of the slow and long term treatment (heart guard multi{or whatever it is}) but sadly, that covers him for now, I am trying to move from a less than favorable home to a nicer better taken care of home and cannot afford nor did I budget/plan for heartworm care this soon or again, my older husky tested negative now so I had no worries. thank god.

and now here I am asking for just a little help, and some good prayers/good vibes/and positivity that they were caught before any major damage has been done, and while we can still have a long life together and full of fun and love and great scratches and butt rubs and antics as a group.

if you can’t donate don’t worry, just send a word of encouragement and love/good vibes and prayers. Times are tough and I totally understand .

Have a great day and a awesome weekend and hug your furry/scaly babies/animals.

****Please go to your local shelters and adopt, foster, donate, or even just give encouragement to the volunteers. They do SO SO MUCH for little to no reward.

DISCLAIMER; I do not and will not hold anyone else/nor Colbert County Animal Shelter responsible for costs/fees/etc. they did such a wonderful job with Titan. They did their part and now it’s time I do mine. Please do not hate/or post anything nasty anywhere etc..

Update/correction: I use East Point Animal Hospital in Cullman Alabama, +1 (256) [phone redacted], I just spoke to the staff about setting up an account for his care, and was told they can’t, they do not have a computer or anything to do “accounts,” they are a small quaint vet which is why I use them. But still a tad in the dark ages. If this prevents you from donating, then hey I get it..but comment where your from and send good vibes, he can’t read(I think, not sure) but I’ll give him good scratches and butt rubs in exchange.

I LOVE you all and thank you so much for the positive outpouring that you have all shown so far be it on Facebook pages, in my inbox, or just in passing. Thank you so much
