**CAPTAIN AMERICA NEEDS OUR HELP!**

Friends! My friend Chris Tischler is in need of some help.  He suffered a detached retina on his recent trip to China, representing the USA in the World Police and Fire Games.  For those who don’t know him, Chris is a Captain in the Chesapeake Fire Department in Virginia, a youth mentor, an amazing athlete, and pretty much the nicest guy on the planet.  Unfortunately, his severe injury has already required one emergency eye surgery over there, which he had to pay for in cash up front.  Now he is trying to fund his trip home, during which he will be required to lie face down for the entire flight.  Arrangements for this can only be made in First/Business class, which is extremely expensive.  In addition, he will require additional surgery and medical care for several months when he returns.  In order to help ease some of the financial burden on him and his family, I’m creating this GoFundMe page for them.  Anything you can contribute helps, let’s get the Captain back home and get his vision restored - America needs him!
