Hi, my name is Eli Klein, and Three years ago, I nearly died.
I was hit by a car door while cycling and sustained a gruesome,traumatic brain injury. It shattered my skull, triggered a stroke, and rewired my life completely. Recovery has been long, brutal, beautiful—and full of surprises.
- Now, after 3+ years of healing, adapting, and redefining who I am, I’m ready for a kind of return. This isn’t just any event. This is my *victory lap.*. TISAS26 (the first Inaugural Toronto International Street Art Summit) is a huge, immersive , globally-minded,bold, five-day street art conference and mural/ graffiti festival in one that I’m producing in October 2026, featuring muralism as a spectator sport, artist talks, workshops, a film festival, giant dance pARTIes in the street and family programming. It's the kind of large-scale cultural celebration I *used to produce* before my injury—and it’s powered by everything I’ve learned since.
