Tiramisu's Emergency Treatment & Surgery

(4/17) Update: Misu it through surgery. The growing mass is her lymph node, something that cannot be removed. Her liver and kidneys have fibroids on them and her stomach has odd fluids in it. This being said, the vet is more sure that is is FIP, (kitty- COVID). The medicine needs to be compounded then shipped from NJ, we will be ordering it with the fastest shipping possible, hoping to have it this weekend yet but we are not sure. We are waiting to hear more from the vet on tests and the biopsy to make sure it isnt something else and how expensive treatment is (they suspect for both doses required over $1500) but also said that cats usually start feeling much better 72 hours or less after treatment. Thank you all so much for donating and supporting us through this time. We will keep the venmo and gofundme open if anyone is looking to continue support as there will be recovery expenses. Again, we cannot thank you all enough as you helped us raise over half our goal in less than 12 hours. We will keep everyone updated as we go, she is still at the vet and still waiting more solid results.

(4/16) Hello all, this is our sweet 3 y/o kitty, Tiramisu (Misu for short). In the past month, Misu's health has suddenly declined, and we've run so many tests, most are inconclusive. We were told today that tomorrow at 7:30 am, there will be an emergency exploratory surgery. They don't know what they will find, but are hopeful they can help her. There is a possibility that they cannot remove whatever is causing her bad health, and in that case, she would be euthanized before waking up.

This being said, we have to pay the cost up front, which is expected to be about $2,600. We understand that this is extremely short notice, but if you are at all able to share or donate, we'd be deeply appreciative.
