carter weigel was born at 23 weeks weighing 1 lb 3 oz and has been at sanford bismarck for the last 7 months. he has bronchopulmonary dysplasia and pulmonary hypertension. his next step is to be transferred to the university of minnesota. his mom, megan, is an emergency and trauma nurse at sanford and we want her, carter, and steven to know how much we love them and want to help them out along the way.
