Tiny paws, Big hope: Support their recovery

A few weeks ago, we found a beautiful mama dog wandering the streets alone - skinny, scared, and clearly searching for something. We fed her every day, hoping to gain her trust and help her. Days later, she returned… but this time, she had her five tiny puppies with her.

My sisters and I visited them every day - bringing food, water, and love. We treated the mom for ricks and watched her, despite being frail and underweight, care for her babies with unwavering devotion. They found shelter in a building under construction, where kind workers even built them a small nook to stay safe.

But life on the streets is dangerous…

The puppies started following their mom to the road. Tragically, one of the babies was hit by a car and didn’t make it. Another disappeared - likely suffering the same fate. Two of the remaining puppies have been injured badly, with visible fractures.

we are heartbroken. But we are not giving up.

We are trying to get these precious souls the medical help they need - especially the two injured pups who require urgent procedures. The total cost of their treatment is $700 CAD. It’s not a huge amount, but it’s more than we can manage alone. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward their care and recovery.

and the best part? After their treatment, we found a shelter that welcomed all of them - mama and puppies together - where they’ll be safe, warm and cared for.
