In January, I will be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro to raise vital funds for Tŷ Hafan, a children’s hospice that provides comfort, care, and joy to children with life-limiting conditions.

Every step I take up that mountain will be for the brave children and families who face unimaginable challenges every single day. Their journey is far harder than mine, but with your support, we can walk alongside them.

This cause is deeply personal to me. I've seen first-hand how frightening and uncertain this journey can be for families and friends. Whilst some have made it through, I know not every family gets the same outcome. That’s why I’m supporting Tŷ Hafan.
