Tiny Houses for refugee families in Ukraine
Donation protected
We are a team of builders who want to give back to Ukrainians affected by the war. We know how to construct climate-friendly tiny houses using local materials, and we want to share this knowledge with locals so they can continue rebuilding their communities.
In April we went to build the first house of this ambitious project and we are going to build the next in June (22nd-28th). We hope to get more people involved so that the project can expand exponentially. So do not hesitate to contact our team about donations, volunteering or fundraising.

Why This Matters
Millions of Ukrainian children have been displaced by the war. They have endured the destruction of their cities, separation from loved ones, and the loss of their homes and security. But the most devastating loss is their faith in the future and their ability to rebuild a life in their homeland. So we are trying to change that around with the Restart camp.
Since the summer of 2022, the nonprofit Podolian Agency for Regional Development has been running the Restart rehabilitation tent camp in the village of Severynivka, Vinnytsia region. This is more than a shelter—it is a space for healing and resilience for mothers and children who have lost everything. It is the only place in Ukraine where mothers and children (ages 2 to 15), who have fled occupied territories can stay together.
For them, this camp is not just a place to rest and recover but a chance to find support, forget—even if only for a moment—what they have endured, and, most importantly, to believe in the future again.
Over the past two and a half years, Restart Camp has provided free shelter and support to 2,337 children and mothers from Ukraine’s most affected regions. We have seen how they change after their time at the camp—regaining strength, finding hope, and dreaming again.
Older children who once thought about leaving Ukraine now want to stay, become more resilient, study, grow, and help rebuild their country.

To make their stay safer and more comfortable, we have begun building eco-friendly tiny houses—warm, secure homes made from straw and wood, designed for recovery and resilience.
Our goal is to build 10 such eco-houses, and we have already started this process by building the first house in early April. In June, we are starting to build two more houses.
Your donation will go directly toward building materials and logistic costs for these homes at ReStart Camp giving displaced families a safe place to heal, reconnect with nature, and take a break from the
trauma of war.
