Tiny hearts hold so much love!

Hi, My name is Crystal Cochran. My first cousin Derrick Bradshaw, his wife Haylee, little girl McKinley(3), and newborn Riley(6 days old) could use our prayers, love, and support right now.

Riley had to have an extensive open heart surgery known as the Norwood Procedure, the 1st out of at least 3 heart surgeries for her, to treat a complex congenital heart defect known as Aortic Atresia. Hers is a very rare case, as this usually occurs in conjunction with hypoplastic left heart syndrome. However, Riley is the first case they've seen where this has happened. They said it is extremely rare. She'll be in the hospital for about 4 weeks. As we all know this is a very stressful time mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially. I would just like to be able to relieve a little off of their plates so they can concentrate on Riley and McKinley without having to worry about anything else. Even though these things happen it still doesn’t keep bills from coming, having to have gas and food while both parents are with her during this time. We understand everyone may not be able to give but I’m asking those of you that can to please help this young family. It’s the holiday season and our family will be extra thankful this year to have this sweet baby wrapped in prayer for everyday healing and progression in the days, weeks, and months to come.
