Sweet Baby Eastyn’s Journey

We are reaching out to ask for your prayers and support precious baby boy, Eastyn.

Eastyn Watkins, was born on March 17, 2025, and within just days of life he faced his first surgery for a coarctation of the aorta. At only 4 months old, he was diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve with severe stenosis. On August 6, 2025, he underwent a heart catheterization to relieve the narrowing but suffered a cardiac arrest during the procedure, requiring 5-7 minutes of CPR before being stabilized. Since then, doctors have also discovered subglottic stenosis, a narrowing of his airway, which has required additional procedures.  He will be going through multiple other open heart surgeries in the future.

Right now, Eastyn is in the hospital receiving the care he needs. His journey is far from over.

We are asking for help in two ways:

Prayers for Eastyn’s healing, strength, and comfort as he continues his journey.

Donations to help cover the overwhelming costs of his current hospital stay, upcoming surgeries, and the medical expenses that will continue throughout his recovery.

Eastyn’s family would like it to be known that they are deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and support for Eastyn. We want to assure you that every donation will go directly toward covering Eastyn’s current and future medical expenses throughout his childhood. Should there be any funds remaining after his care needs are met, they will be donated to help other families with children facing similar medical challenges.
