Our son Asher, just 5 weeks old, came into this world already fighting a battle none of us ever imagined. He was born with Tetralogy of Fallot, a congenital heart condition that has required constant medical care and careful monitoring from the very beginning of his life. Even at such a young age, Asher continues to show us just how strong and resilient he is every single day.

In the near future, our sweet boy will need open-heart surgery, a major and life-saving procedure. This surgery will require a minimum hospital stay of two weeks, possibly longer depending on his recovery. This will not be a one-time battle—Asher will require multiple surgeries and ongoing cardiac care throughout his life. During this time, our focus will be entirely on being by his side—comforting him, advocating for him, and supporting him through every step of healing.

During this already overwhelming time, our family has also faced unexpected financial hardship. My fiancé was involved in an accident that caused him to lose his job, which has put a significant financial strain on us. Between medical expenses, extended hospital stays, time away from work, travel costs, and everyday living expenses, the burden has become more than we can manage on our own.
