Hi everyone,

Over the coming months, I will be running roughly 120km across three endurance runs in Turkey to raise support for animals and the natural world:

1. May 25th – Cadde 21K Half Marathon (Istanbul)

2. July 18th – Uludağ Ultra Trail (30 km mountain trail)

3. November 28th – Ida Half Ultra (66 km through the Kaz Mountains)

These are all dedicated to the memory of our beloved cat, Tiny, who sadly passed away recently. Her passing has motivated us to do something meaningful in her name, something that could help other animals live safer, better lives. To that end, I’m fundraising for WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) - a global organization committed to protecting wildlife, preserving natural habitats, and building a more compassionate future for all living beings. All donations made through this GoFundMe page will go directly to WWF. Your support will help fund vital conservation work, safeguard endangered species, and protect ecosystems at risk.

Lidya Eman, Tiny’s other parent, will also be taking part in the first two races and plans to run a third later in the year, which is yet to be decided. She will also be hosting a fundraiser for an animal-related foundation.

This is for Tiny and for every animal who deserves a safe, cared for place in the world.
