Update November 20, 2023:

With your support we were able to have 4 of Tinny's teeth removed in September. Unfortunately we've noticed once again she seems to be in pain and not eating as well as she should. We took her back for a follow up visit today and the vet determined she has stomatitis and it would be best to remove all of her teeth. Her gums are extremely red and sore. We had hoped the initial flare up of her gums was due to her bad teeth, but unfortunately that is not the case. With Tinny having a heart murmur it greatly limits any other treatment options such as steroid and pain management. This is her best option, as scary and expensive as it may be.

The estimated cost to remove the remaining teeth is around $2800. I know it's insane, but how could we NOT get this baby the help that she needs? I know it's a tough economy right now, and it's so close to Christmas, but if you have the means to donate even the smallest amount will help.

Sweet Tinny is one of our foster cats at Catfeine Cat Cafe. She came to us from a local rescue called Smitten Kitten Club. She's about 6 years old and only weighs about 6lbs. A tiny little fluff ball! We recently took her in for an exam and they discovered she has a heart murmur and some teeth that need to be removed. After further blood work there were some abnormalities indicating the possibility of heart disease. She needs an echocardiogram to determine what condition her heart is in. She also can't be put under anesthesia to remove her teeth until we know more about her heart. She is the sweetest girl and we want to see her as healthy as possible so we can find her a forever home. The veterinary estimate for all of the work she needs is between $1800-$2200. Her rescue is depleted on funds at this time so we're raising the money to cover the cost. We're hoping our community will help us help her!
