was born in 2012, as a company to assist parents in the care and education of their young children, from 3 months to 5 years of age.
The founder, a young entrepreneur, fighter, dreamer, single mother, passionate about seeing healthy, happy and innovative children grow up with an education rooted in ethical values and love. She has managed this preschool with paramount effort to grow little by little and overcome the initial cycle of starting a small company in the USA. We have faced many difficulties and we have managed to continue and push forward. Our children have been the energy that has moved us all these years to continue rising.
Before the arrival of the novel COVID-19, we previously managed to have around 350 children who attended our campus, and currently with more than 70 full-time working employees around 10 people in the administrative area, maintenance and security personnel.
The Small World dream of helping and serving people had come true. This was through the efforts of assisting more than 350 parents, moreover, Tiniciti became the support of more than 40 workers, who contributed well-earned income to their homes.
The Small World was finally generating a Big Experience ...
Experience that was sowing the future of our next workers, governors, doctors, policemen, military members, firefighters and entrepreneurs ... The essential foundation of a society!
Right now, our little world is in danger of stopping! From March through PRESENT our income has been seriously affected, however, we have never stopped working hard to receive our little ones, especially to help the significant heroes of today, first responders, who have put their little treasures in our hands, as they fight to save lives in our community. Our workforce remains the same, we have not fired a single worker as of today, because we are more than a company, we are a family and the family is helped in difficult times.
Only one of our two schools received a small loan from the Small Business Administration, however, the amount only covered payroll and partial rent payments. Despite our innovative efforts our savings fund has substantially decreased.
Today, we ask that you place your hand on your heart and help us continue our vision and fight!
Our goal is to cover the operating cost for the next 6 months, including outstanding liabilities as of today. Considering that the monthly fixed costs of Tiniciti amount to $250,000.00. New CDC/DCF regulations further limit us by setting ratios of 10 people per classroom- adding to the financial strain as it lowers our student capacity by roughly 68%
