Hi my name is Cindi, and I am fundraising for Tina and Dean Wood. Tina has battled Cancer for many years, starting with beating breast Cancer, years ago. She then had sudden heart death, and was brought back, but with a damaged heart. She fought to carry on, and she did. She was on the transplant list for years. She moved up on the list, and then found out she had ovarian Cancer, she was knocked off of the list, because she had to be two years Cancer free in order to be eligible to be on the transplant list. She started Chemo, and radiation which took so much out of her, but she kept fighting. The chemo/radiation caused terrible reactions, one round burning a hole through her septum. She still tried to enjoy life and be positive, going out on motorcycle rides with the love of her life, Dean, and trying to still work as much as possible. She is such a fighter. She has gotten much worse lately, as the cancer has metastasized throughout her abdomen She has just started hospice, so that she can get adequate pain management. Any donations, and prayers for peace and comfort through this transition would be so appreciated. The goal is to keep Tina comfortable, and relieving some of the financial burden for Dean would allow him to spend these difficult days by her side.
