Hi all you lovely people!

My name is Tina and I would like to ask for your help.

All my close friends know how reluctant I've been for months now, going back and forth in wanting to ask for help or not, but I think I'm finally ready to close this chapter of my life, and with your help, thrive in the next one.

For a while now I've worked as much as I can to fund my transition by myself and was eventually able to undergo FFS just recently.

But that achievement has come at the the cost of the entirety of my savings, my future (superannuation), and not to mention putting my life mostly on hold working several jobs just to make sure every dollar I do save goes towards my gender affirming care.

The funds raised here will mostly go towards gender affirming procedures and also help me sustain myself while I am in recovery unable to work the physically demanding jobs that I have.

Your help with this fundraiser would help me get over what I believe is the last hurdle in me being able to live my life unapologetically and without fear. It would also mean I could finally focus on finishing my degree, which would let me have a wider impact in the community once I graduate. And by not having to constantly look over my shoulder, I can resume looking ahead and be able to continue helping those around me.
