Following the pleural effusion ( fluid around the lungs)I suffered in early October and the subsequent devastating news that it was in fact Lung cancer,thankfully not a tumour just malignant cells in the fluid, this type of cancer is not curable at present but is treatable

Now 4 months on as I enter my second cycle of chemotherapy and immunotherapy I made the difficult decision to have my head shaved and donate my hair to the Little Princess trust ( a charity that supplies wigs to girls and young women )

I have decided to share my story at this time to try and help raise funds for this charity and ask all my friends and family to help me in my goal if they are able no matter how much you can give all will help
