We are Ginger and Jim Needham and requesting donations for our dear friend and really...a family member. Tina Segura was the caregiver for Ginger's mom many knew as Nanie. Tina served unselfishly for a number of years. Tina is now facing her own medical issues and the medical bills are starting to add up. There are numerous doctor's bills and medications to treat a number of serious conditions. She is also having a scan to determine if a spot on her liver is cancerous.
