My name is Tim. I have recently been hospitalized twice for heart failure, pneumonia, and kidney failure. I have Medicare, but still, the deductibles, copayments, and out-of-pocket costs are making it impossible to pay my bills while living off of a fixed income. I have been on dialysis for a month and a half now.

I'm also trying to help raise two grandchildren while this is going on.
