Tim's ALS life-planning fund

As a few of you already know, I have been diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis,  (ALS) also know as Lou Gehrig's Disease.  There is no known cause, and there is no known cure. I've had some time to process this, accepting life is short.  Telling family and friends has been very difficult.  My progression is still being determined and some days are better than others.  Harsh realities are balanced by a spiritual strength. 
I have been receiving disability payments and have my Medicare in place, and wonderful support from the ALS foundation.  But I know it won't be enough.  I will have expenses going beyond what I am getting.  I am contemplating living out the rest of my days back home in Buffalo, New York.  And that is why, I am asking for your financial support; for travel and relocation is not going to be cheap. I have set a goal of $9000 on my gofundme page.  Your generosity will help make my shorter time here on this planet somewhat more manageable. 
In closing, I will say its like being dealt a bad poker hand, but I am knowing its also a blessing.  I've got an express pass to the beautiful realm.
