The Slawnyk family unexpectedly lost a son, father, brother, nephew, cousin and friend. Timothy John Slawnyk II, 24, of Elsmere, KY passed away Monday, July 20th, 2020 at his home. “Timmy”, as his family would lovingly call him, was born on May 11, 1996 and survived by his parents, Korianna Slawnyk and Bridget Slawnyk; sister, Mary Cecilia; son, Leo Timothy; daughters, Eclipse Faye and Stella Astrid; girlfriend and mother to the children, Tiffani Toll.

Timmy loved his children. In life, he enjoyed cars, CNC machining, computers, gaming, trampolines and skateboarding. His passing took everyone by surprise and a fund has been set up in loving memory to help cover funeral costs. The Slawnyk family deeply appreciates your condolences and generosity during this extremely difficult time.
