Timmy "Ice-man" Norton/Saylor was the ultimate family man that loved his family. He was a great big & little brother, son, and awesome uncle to his nieces & nephews that meant the world to him! He was a great & loyal friend with a kind and giving heart. Timmy was dependable and was always there for you with a helping hand.
