Timm Family Fund

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you about the sudden passing of Mike Timm.  Many of you will remember Mike as the guy running the grill at our community gatherings or the guy driving the WGSC float in the 4th of July parade.  He, and the entire Timm family, were always the first ones to respond when we asked for help with field maintenance or putting nets on the goals.


The entire Timm family has been very active in the community over the years, including with the WGSC.  Amy Timm has been a board member for over a decade, even after her kids moved on to high school.  She is also our club secretary and our club registrar.  These titles do not do justice to how much Amy does for our organization.  She is a tireless volunteer who gives so much more than anyone can imagine.  Mike and Amy's children, Maggie and CJ, played soccer for us as youth athletes.  After moving on to high school they were volunteer coaches with our Kid Kickers program.  Maggie was also an assistant coach with u12 girls team.  CJ was an assistant with our goalkeeper coach.
