Time to Help the Big Guy

If you know Mike Teff you know how helpful, caring, and friendly he is. Maybe he has fixed your bike at Wheel and Sprocket or has jumped at the opportunity to help you with something around your house. Or maybe you've seen pictures of him helping the dogs at the local animal shelter. It is rare to find a person like Mike who genuinely enjoys helping others. Now it's time to help him out!

In January of 2024 Mike was diagnosed with cancer. Although this news was devastating, Mike was determined to fight. Over the course of the year he completed 8 rounds of chemotherapy, 6 weeks of radiation, and countless other appointments and procedures. Mike also endured a lengthy and complicated emergency surgery in the midst of his treatment. Despite all of these challenges, Mike has persevered and we are so happy with the progress he has made.

Unfortunately, like so many cancer patients, Mike has accrued significant medical debt. Even with insurance the costs continue to pile up. Mike will need extensive monitoring and additional procedures in the future and we know this will continue to be costly. Mike is at a point where the debt has become overwhelming and we are reaching out for help.
