Helping create a lasting memory for John Knight
Donation protected
It is with extreme sadness that we announce to you that John Knight has recently been diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease), a neurodegenerative disorder that paralyzes the body but leaves the mind intact. People with ALS, on average, live between two to five years. There is no cure; an ALS diagnosis is a death sentence. John’s mother, sister and brother all sadly fell victims of ALS at an early age. Now in his mid-50’s, John thought that he could have possibly escaped this deadly disease, but unfortunately, destiny chose otherwise…
For those of us who have been fortunate to meet or work with John, we all know him as the kindest gentleman you could ever come across, always ready to help, and always putting the interest of others before his own. John truly serves as an example for all of us to follow.
Before John’s health and mobility starts to deteriorate, now is the time to think of his own personal interest and help him live one of his dreams. That is to help fund a family vacation that will provide memories of a life time for him, his wife Tammy and his two boys.
We count on your generous contribution. Thank you for your support.
