Let's support Nancy Torello's recovery!

Everyone’s biggest cheerleader, Nancy Torello, could use our help.
As many know, Nancy beat breast cancer almost 30 years ago. The number of people she has encouraged and supported since her battle is likely astronomical! In her career, she has helped seniors have the best quality of life possible - while she’s Auntie Nancy to everyone’s kids, she’s treated all of her patients like they were her family.
Nancy is taking on cancer again, this time she is fighting Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. While (thank God or any other deity to you pray to) it isn’t life threatening, even Nancy’s amazing attitude coupled with several medications, chemo and radiation has not been able to knock out the beast. She has suffered a great deal of discomfort through the treatments she’s endured and has not been able to work as she did before. Amazingly though, Nancy is about to undergo Stem-cell treatment, which should eliminate the cancer and restore her quality of life. It won’t be easy, but it’ll be worth it.
She’s ready for the fight! It’s time to give Nancy back some of the love she gives to others! We are hoping classmates from Mt. Carmel Elementary School, Sleeping Giant Jr. High and Hamden High, former co-workers and customers from Hamden Townhouse and Perrotti’s Flower Shop, those affected by her work and fellow volunteers at at the Elks, the Hamden Veterans Commission and the Hamden Arts Commission and co-workers and families of her patients in Evergreen Woods Nursing Home and Hamden Health Care and Rehabilitation will find it in their hearts to donate to this fund.
With the generosity of all those that Nancy has touched, all of her energy can be focussed on getting well so she can do what she loves most, cheering all of us on and giving to so many!
