URGENT APPEAL

Hi, my name is Tracy, I'm Mum to Thomas. I am fundraising as he suffers with the life limiting, muscle wasting condition, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Thomas desperately requires modifications and adaptations to our home whilst he faces the daily challenges that this debilitating condition causes. Thomas' physical battles are compounded with deteriorating mental health and a drastic loss of hope that no one can help him. It is vital for me to raise these funds to ensure that the infrastructure is established to accommodate the specialist equipment that Thomas needs to continue to live the best life that he can.
