Time for me to ask for a little help

Hi I’m Guy Carroll, for the people know me I’m pretty giving person. I have lost my job and have had an illness for awhile. I need to stay out of work for two to three months. So everything can heal. It has take more than 5 years to finally fine the right medication and wound care to heal. Sorry to ask but this will help me from losing everything. Thank you
