Today, July 24th, my brother in law Timothy Bynum Sr. was mudered in Price Hill blocks away from his home. There was no way knowing that when he left the house thinking he was just going to help his brother that things would end like this. Unfortunately Tim did not have life insurance and my sister Brandy Bynum (his wife) is left bearing the cost to lay her husband to rest.
