Timbre Moon's broken leg

My cousin Solange’s very sweet dog, Timbre Moon, had his leg severely broken in a car accident. Fortunately, the vet was able to save his leg, although it was questionable at first. He was in bad shape but still a sweet, friendly, and patient boy through all the pain and discomfort he endured. Being only three years old we are hopeful that he'll be able to make a full recovery. Timbre had to have emergency vet care ($1500), surgery ($5000), and lots of ongoing aftercare visits (approx. $2000+). The expenses are pretty significant and overwhelming. Any support would be so appreciated and helpful for Songie and her beloved Timbre Moon.
