The Saustria pack is raising money for Timber’s cancer treatment!

Timber was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor in April 2024. Over the past 8 months, he has undergone treatment with 4 different types of chemotherapy, including electrochemotherapy. It’s been a bumpy and emotional road. Specialty veterinary care is extremely limited in Alaska, but Timber’s team has been absolutely amazing in their knowledge and compassion.

Surgery is now Timber’s only option to get his cancer under control. After the primary tumor is removed, he will need to travel to the Lower 48 to receive radiation therapy. The initial GoFundMe goal is for the cost of Timber’s surgery.

Despite Timber’s cancer diagnosis, he is happy and energetic as always! Until he shows us that cancer is decreasing his quality of life, we will continue pursuing treatment. At 10 years old, he still has so much life left to live. Our little world traveler has friends and fans around the country. We’re thankful for anyone who can contribute, either financially, or through prayers and emotional support during this difficult time.
