We have started this page on behalf of our amazing father, Tim Laps. There are 8 of us, and if you know one of us, you know how awesome our parents are. They are faithful servants for the Lord and are always helping and serving others.
On September 29th, our dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer.
Over the next 6 weeks, he has experienced debilitating fatigue, extreme weight loss, intense nausea and has lost some ability to keep down solid food.
Despite all of the circumstances, he has maintained his unwavering faith in the healing power of Jesus Christ. We are declaring it now, he is HEALED. The Bible says, “I will satisfy you with a long life.” We know He will! We are going to overcome this in the flesh and spiritually!!
Please join us in supporting our parents. We want to first ask for your prayers. We are strong believers in the power of prayer and know we will have an army of warriors behind us.
Secondly, we are asking for your financial help in this journey ahead for our dad’s recovery. Your financial contribution will allow him to give 100% of his energy to treatment and recovery, and allow him to focus on beating this, while also managing the intensity of treatment. Your generosity will cover lost wages, mounting medical expenses, treatment with integrative medicine, and also travel expenses to a cancer center in Chicago.
Lastly, we want to say thank you so much for your support! We appreciate each and every one of you. What we need the most is for you to RAISE A HALLELUJAH and stand with us in faith. What we don’t need is you saying your sorry for us. We ask that you do not pity us in anyway. We want your love and support.
