In a deeply tragic turn of events during a recent camping trip, my dear chosen niece Crystal Crowe has suddenly become a twenty-four-year-old widow with a two-year-old toddler and two step-teenagers, a fifteen-year-old sophomore and sixteen-year-old junior in high school.

Less than three weeks before Crystal and her husband Tim’s first wedding anniversary, Tim was killed in a tragic accident.

Young Crystal is now left to somehow pick up the pieces of their lives and support their three children.
