Hi, we are Jessica, Joshua, Jami, and Jarod.

On Sunday, August 22, our dad, Tim Robbins, had a blockage in his carotid artery that caused him to have a stroke. The surgeons were able to remove the blockage, but he has quite a bit of recovery time ahead of him. He is out of the ICU, currently in a neuro wing, and headed to rehab in Grand Rapids on Thursday (August 26) for the foreseeable future. Mom has been holding down the fort every day at the hospital working with doctors, nurses, etc.

Dad is an amazingly supportive father and grandfather. He likes to garden, watch sports, is the household handy man, and loves to support whatever activities his kids and grandkids partake in.

While Tim is fortunate enough to have insurance, there are expenses that just won’t be covered and Mom is there everyday aiding in his recovery so income is limited. Large medical bills, household expenses, as well as Mom traveling back and forth to Grand Rapids. While our dad was not the sole provider he was the main provider and extra expenses are beginning to add up. Donating would take some of the burden off our parents during this very difficult time. We greatly appreciate any and all donations. We have all leaned on Tim for years for help in so many ways and this is our chance to give back. Let’s get Tim healthy and home!
