Tim "Odin" Keener a father to all

Hi everyone, I'm known by many as Thor.(Tim Jr.)

I was blessed to have this wonderful man be my father for 30 years. Always wanting the best for and trying to help his friends, and protect his family with the ferociousness of the mighty Odin himself.

He loved his grandchildren with his whole heart. Even if he couldn't help but spoil them

He loved to enjoy a nice day with a cruise on a motorcycle, or even off to a new course to play some disc golf!

The very best at why pay for it when I can do it myself. The ultimate handyman and craftsman. A real jack of all trades.

With a heavy heart i must tell the world that he has now left us.

My father came up to our hometown to handle an insurance claim from damages over winter and sell his house for our new future in FL.

The Insurface company after running all the numbers and finalizing what they were going to payout kept him waiting a month after he was suppose to be back home with us and still has not paid.

And now during this second month of waiting he passed away alone and angry. A man that gave his everything for everyone and deserved so much more.

The hotel is suppose to have a policy to check on guests everyday. Even if it's just to tell the cleaning crew to skip your room.

They told me they checked one day and he denied them, and the next day he didn't answer so they came in and found him.

Due to the state they found his body in it is impossible for the hotel to be telling the truth. They failed to do the daily room check and he was dead for days(TBD officially when otopsy comes back).

They took so long to find him that we can no longer have an open casket service.

I would like legal help in this department if anyone could be of assistance.

With his very sudden death we are

trying to raise funds to help us in costs associated with the funeral and undertaking of unfinished tasks mentioned above.

He leaves behind a Married Son and three grandchildren.
